The WPG-A7-V4 Wireless Electronic Handwheel is a wireless manual pulse generator designed for CNC machine tool operation. It provides convenient wireless control of axis selection and pulse multiplication while allowing operators to move around the machine without being restricted by a wired handwheel. It supports up to 7-axis selection, 4 multiplier levels, and 100 PPR pulse output. The system operates on the 433 MHz ISM wireless band with a stated transmission distance of up to 45 meters under barrier-free conditions. According to the datasheet, the enable button must be pressed to generate pulse output during operation. The shaft selector's O position puts the handwheel into dormant mode, while OFF shuts the handwheel down. Receiver & Pairing The product is normally paired at the factory, so re-pairing is generally not required. If the handwheel or receiver is replaced separately, pairing must be performed before use.
